Less time to write and post

Well, while I started very well with writing consistently, the last week has been a little messy. I did not write or post as much as I would have liked. It is quite difficult to combine this website with social media, and then obviously my own personal life. Especially because there has been a small change.

I have actually found another job! I’ve had a job since November, but unfortunately there weren’t many hours available. So I kept looking for another job, to earn more money and also get more experience. Finding a job right now is extremely difficult, most companies are not willing to hire you if you don’t have any experience. And you can’t get experience if no one hires you. But luckily, another company is giving me a chance and I’ll start working there in March.

It’s going to be quite difficult to combine two jobs, but hopefully it’ll work out. The new job has a set number of days that I work, so then I’ll have all other days available for the job I already had. I am a little worried about how I’ll combine those jobs with this website and social media. While I only write blogs for fun, it is something I want to keep doing. The same goes for social media. I want to post consistently to really build something, so I’ll have to try and set up a schedule and really stick to posting. It’ll take some time to get used to.

Still, I’ll just focus on getting used to the new job and doing well for the one I already had. Social media and this website will unfortunately not be the biggest priority, but I’m sure I can make it work. I’ll just have to be as productive as I possibly can when it comes to writing. Now, I often come with excuses as to why I can’t write or post today, but there will not be time for that with two jobs. I’ll have to put in the effort if I want this to work.

Other than the new job, I don’t have much to update you on. January has been a good month. I read a lot of books, six in total. I’ve just been enjoying my free time. I feel happy. I’m doing good.
